§ 84A-8 — Adoption of rules
North Carolina·Ch. 84A Foreign Legal Consultants
The North Carolina State Bar is authorized to adopt and amend such rules, subject to approval of the North Carolina Supreme Court, as are appropriate to accomplish the provisions of this Chapter.
