§ 72-51 — Violation a misdemeanor

Any person, firm, or corporation, violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1955, c. 1200, s. 2; 1993, c. 539, s. 551; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
