§ 47A-1 — Short title

North Carolina·Ch. 47A Unit Ownership·Art. 1 Unit Ownership Act

This Article shall be known as the "Unit Ownership Act." (1963, c. 685, s. 1; 1983, c. 624, s. 2.)
