The North Carolina Troopers Association is authorized to use all trademarks identifying the North Carolina State Highway Patrol held by the State Highway Patrol or its Divisions. The use authorized under this section shall be limited to purposes that support the State Highway Patrol, employees of the State Highway Patrol, and the family members of the employees of the State Highway Patrol.
