§ 143B-1712 — (Effective July 1, 2025 - see note) Orders and rules for organization and conduct
The Commander is authorized and empowered to make all necessary orders, rules and regulations for the organization, assignment, and conduct of the members of the State Highway Patrol Division. Such orders, rules and regulations shall be subject to the approval of the Governor.
