§ 143B-1711 — (Effective July 1, 2025 - see note) Oath of office

North Carolina·Ch. 143B Executive Organization Act of 1973·Art. 17 State Highway Patrol
Each member of the State Highway Patrol Division shall subscribe and file with the Commander of the State Highway Patrol an oath of office for the faithful performance of the member's duties.
