Insofar as the provisions of this Part are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this Part shall be controlling; however this Part shall not be construed as preventing a city, town, or county from establishing and operating a hospital under the authority of any other law now or hereafter in effect. (1943, c. 780, s. 28; 1971, c. 799; 1983, c. 775, s. 1.) § 131E-34: Repealed by Session Laws 2011-326, s. 17, effective June 27, 2011. §§ 131E-35 through 131E-39. Reserved for future codification purposes. Part 3. Hospital District Act.
