§ 127A-184 — Authority of responding state required to relieve from assignment or reassign officers
Nothing in this Compact shall authorize or permit state officials or military officers of the requesting state to relieve from assignment or reassign officers or noncommissioned officers of National Guard units of the responding state without authorization by the appropriate authorities of the responding state.
