§ 127A-127 — Property kept in good order

North Carolina·Ch. 127A Militia·Art. 10 Care of Military Property
Every officer and enlisted member belonging to any unit equipped with public military property shall keep and preserve the property in good order; and for neglect to do so may be punished as a court-martial may direct.
