Failure to comply with this Article is grounds for disciplinary action which, in case of deliberate or repeated violation, may include dismissal or removal from office. (1967, c. 821, s. 1.) § 126-15.1: Repealed by Session Laws 2013-382, s. 3.2, effective August 21, 2013.
