§ 125-14 — "State library agency" defined
As used in the Compact, "state library agency," with reference to this State, means the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. (1967, c. 190, s. 3; 1973, c. 476, s. 84; 2015-241, s. 14.30(s).)
