§ 122E-1 — Short title
North Carolina·Ch. 122E North Carolina Housing Trust and Oil Overcharge Act
This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "North Carolina Housing Trust and Oil Overcharge Act." (1987, c. 841, s. 1.)
