§ 122D-22 — Severability

North Carolina·Ch. 122D North Carolina Agricultural Finance Act
The provisions of this Chapter are severable, and if any provision of this Chapter is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this Chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision.
