Text
(a)Oversight. - The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives, the Finance Committee of the Senate, and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on General Government shall exercise continuing oversight of the Agency in order to assure that the Agency is effectively fulfilling its statutory purpose.
(b)Comprehensive Report. - The Agency shall, on or before February 15 of each year, submit an annual comprehensive report of its activities for the preceding year to the Governor, the Office of State Budget and Management, State Auditor, the Local Government Commission, the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on General Government, and the Fiscal Research Division. The comprehensive report required under this subsection shall include at least all of the following:
