§ 119-13 — Violation made misdemeanor
North Carolina·Ch. 119 Gasoline and Oil Inspection and Regulation·Art. 2 Liquid Fuels, Lubricating Oils, Greases, etc
Every person, firm or firms, partnership or copartnership, corporation or corporations, or any of their agents, servants or employees, violating any of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
