§ 103-3 — Execution of process on Sunday
North Carolina·Ch. 103 Sundays, Holidays and Special Days
It shall be lawful for any sheriff or other lawful officer to execute any summons, capias, or other process on Sunday. (1957, c. 1052; 1973, c. 108, s. 47.)
