§ 85-9-411 — Annual Report Of Directors' Activities
85-9-411 . Annual report of directors' activities. Before August 1 of each year, the directors shall send a written report of their activities during the previous fiscal year to the court and to the department. Reports shall be in the form and contain the information prescribed by the department.
