85-9-104 . Limitations.

(1)This chapter may not be construed to grant to the district the power to generate, distribute, or sell electrical energy.
(2)The provisions of this chapter do not abrogate or limit in any manner the rights, powers, duties, and functions of the department, conservation districts, the department of environmental quality, or the department of fish, wildlife, and parks, but are supplementary to and in aid of those rights, powers, duties, and functions.
