§ 85-9-306 — County General Funds To Receive Funds Remaining After Dissolution
85-9-306 . County general funds to receive funds remaining after dissolution. All funds remaining after dissolution of a district shall be deposited in the general fund of the counties in which the district is located in proportion to the taxable value of property within the district in each county.
