Text
85-9-305 . Entry of dissolution order.
(1)The court shall enter an order dissolving the district when it appears to the satisfaction of the court that:
(a)all obligations of the district have been discharged;
(b)all the costs of termination have been paid.
(2)A certified copy of the order shall be recorded by the clerk of the court in all counties in which the district was situated and filed with the secretary of state.
