37-9-201 . Organization and compensation of board.
(1)The board shall elect from its membership a presiding officer, vice presiding officer, and secretary-treasurer and shall adopt rules to govern its proceedings.
(2)Each board member must receive compensation and travel expenses as provided for in 37-1-133 .
