§ 35-9-102 — Application Of Montana Business Corporation Act And Montana Professional Corporation Act

35-9-102 . Application of Montana Business Corporation Act and Montana Professional Corporation Act.

(1)The Montana Business Corporation Act applies to statutory close corporations to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.

(2)This chapter applies to a professional corporation organized under the Montana Professional Corporation Act whose articles of incorporation contain the statement required by 35-9-103 except insofar as the Montana Professional Corporation Act contains inconsistent provisions.

(3)This chapter does not repeal or modify any statute or rule of law that applies to a corporation that is organized under the Montana Business Corporation Act or the Montana Professional Corporation Act and that does not elect to become a statutory close corporation u
