35-8-1012 . Procedure for and effect of revocation.

(1)If the secretary of state determines that one or more grounds exist under 35-8-1011 for revocation of a certificate of authority, the secretary of state shall deliver a notice to the foreign limited liability company of the secretary of state's determination.
(2)If the foreign limited liability company does not correct each ground for revocation or demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the secretary of state that each ground determined by the secretary of state does not exist within 60 days after delivery of the notice, the secretary of state may revoke the foreign limited liability company's certificate of authority by signing a certificate of revocation that states the ground or grounds for revocation and the effective date
