Text
50-74-105 . Purchaser to notify department of purchase.
(1)Any person purchasing any boiler, whether traction or stationary, not exempted by the provisions of 50-74-103 shall, within 10 days after such purchase, report the fact of such purchase to the department and shall notify the department as to where the boiler will be installed and operated.
(2)Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
