50-71-121 . Injunctive relief. In addition to any remedies available under this part, the department may institute and maintain in the name of the state an action for injunctive relief as provided in Title 27, chapter 19, to:

(1)immediately restrain a public sector employer and public sector employees from engaging in any activity for which the department has issued a temporary stop-work order pursuant to 50-71-120 ;
(2)enjoin a violation of this part;
(3)enjoin a violation of a rule, including a safety or health standard, adopted under this part; or
(4)require compliance with this part, including compliance with any rules adopted under this part.
