§ 70-7-111 — Lender Liable For Concealed Defects
70-7-111 . Lender liable for concealed defects. The lender of a thing for use shall indemnify the borrower for damage caused by defects or vices in the thing that the lender knew at the time of lending and concealed from the borrower.
