Montana·Title 53 SOCIAL SERVICES AND INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 7 VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION·Part 3 Vocational Rehabilitation of the Blind
53-7-314 . Hearings. A person applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation services who is aggrieved by any action or inaction of the department is entitled to a fair hearing in accordance with rules adopted by the department.
