52-7-104 . Program costs. The costs incurred by the Montana children's trust fund board in administering the child abuse and neglect prevention program must be paid for with money from the children's trust fund account established by 52-7-102 . The board shall keep costs to a minimum and use existing office space, personnel, equipment, and supplies of the department of public health and human services to the extent possible.
