§ 37-69-402 — Requirements For Installation Of Medical Gas Piping
37-69-402 . Requirements for installation of medical gas piping.
(1)A person may not install pipe used solely to transport gases used for medical purposes unless the person holds a valid medical gas piping installation endorsement pursuant to 37-69-401 .
(2)A violation of this section is punishable pursuant to 37-1-109 .
