§ 37-69-308 — Deposit Of Fees And Fines
37-69-308 . Deposit of fees and fines.
(1)Money paid for license fees under this chapter must be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the board, subject to 37-1-101 (6).
(2)Fines collected under this chapter must be deposited in the state general fund.
