§ 50-62-111 — Penalty For Failure To Comply With Order To Correct
50-62-111 . Penalty for failure to comply with order to correct. An owner or occupant of buildings or premises who fails to comply with the orders of the authorities named in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 or more than $500 for each day's neglect.
