37-61-207 . Oath. Every person on admission shall take an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the State of Montana and to faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney with fidelity to the best of the person's knowledge and ability. A certificate of the oath must be endorsed upon the license and a duplicate filed with the clerk.
