90-6-213 . Exemption from environmental review. The coal board is exempt from the provisions of Title 75, chapter 1, parts 1 and 2, when authorizing grants related to providing government services and facilities, expediting the construction, repair, and maintenance of a highway, or paying for prepaid property taxes for a major new industrial facility pursuant to this part.
