90-6-105 . Meetings and acts of the board.
(1)All meetings of the board are open to the public.
(2)All official acts of the board shall be in a regular or special meeting and by a majority of the board.
(3)All rules adopted by the board shall be in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
