90-6-119 . Reserve funds and appropriations.

(1)The board shall pay into the capital reserve account:
(a)any funds appropriated and made available by the state for the purpose of the account;
(b)any proceeds of sale of notes or bonds to the extent provided in the resolutions or indentures of the board authorizing their issuance; and
(c)any other funds which may be available to the board for the purpose of the account from any other source.
(2)All funds held in the capital reserve account shall be used solely for the payment of the principal of bonds secured in whole or in part by the account or of the debt service payments with respect to the bonds, the purchase or redemption of the bonds, the payment of interest on the bonds, or the payment of any redemption premium required to be pa
