87-6-917 . Privileges of juveniles. A mandatory forfeiture of privileges imposed pursuant to this chapter does not apply to juveniles. However, the court may, at its discretion, order forfeiture of a juvenile's current hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses issued by this state and the juvenile's privilege to hunt, fish, or trap in this state upon conviction or forfeiture of bond or bail for a violation of this title.
