87-6-314 . Unlawful special application or entry. A person convicted of unlawfully applying for or entering a drawing for any special license or permit in violation of 87-6-918 shall be fined not less than $500 or more than $2,000 or be imprisoned in the county detention center for not more than 60 days, or both.
