§ 46-6-505 — Custody By Peace Officer
46-6-505 . Custody by peace officer. A peace officer who, pursuant to law, takes custody of a person arrested by a private citizen shall proceed in accordance with 46-6-104 and 46-6-312 and as otherwise provided by law.
