§ 40-6-235 — Parent May Relinquish Services And Custody Of Child
40-6-235 . Parent may relinquish services and custody of child. The parent, whether solvent or insolvent, may relinquish to the child the right of controlling the child and receiving the child's earnings. Abandonment by the parent is presumptive evidence of relinquishment.
