16-6-105 . Seizure and forfeiture of alcoholic beverage and conveyance. Whenever an investigator or any peace officer in making or attempting to make a search under and in pursuance of authority of law finds in any motor vehicle, vessel, boat, canoe, or conveyance of any description an alcoholic beverage that is unlawfully kept or had or kept or held for unlawful purposes contrary to the provisions of this code, the investigator or peace officer may seize the alcoholic beverage and packages in which the alcoholic beverage is contained and the motor vehicle, vessel, boat, canoe, or conveyance in which the alcoholic beverage is found. Upon the conviction of the occupant or person in charge of the motor vehicle, vessel, boat, canoe, or conveyance, or of any other person, for having or keeping
