37-50-325 . Practice privilege for nonresident certified public accountant -- rules.

(1)(a) A person whose principal place of business is not in this state and who holds a valid license as a certified public accountant from any state that the national association of state boards of accountancy's national qualification appraisal service or a successor organization has verified to be in substantial equivalence with the certified public accountant licensure requirements of the Uniform Accountancy Act or a subsequent act of the American institute of certified public accountants/national association of state boards of accountancy is presumed to have qualifications substantially equivalent to this state's requirements and has all the privileges of persons holding a license of this state without
