§ 37-50-205 — Duties Of Department
Montana·Title 37 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 50 PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS·Part 2 Board of Public Accountants
37-50-205 . Duties of department. The department shall:
(1)assist the board in transactions of its business and keep a record of the board's official action;
(2)assess to the board the reasonable costs of the department incurred in assisting the board; and
(3)track the balance of funds in the enterprise fund, provided for in 37-50-209 , and inform the board.
