45-5-712 . Evidence in cases of sex trafficking, aggravated sex trafficking, or child sex trafficking.

(1)In a case that involves a question of whether a place is a house of prostitution, evidence of the following, in addition to all other admissible evidence, is admissible:
(a)the general reputation of the place;
(b)the reputations of the place's residents and the nonresidents who frequent the place; and
(c)the frequency, timing, and duration of visits by nonresidents.
(2)Testimony of a person against the person's spouse is admissible under 45-5-702 , 45-5-706 , or 45-5-711 .
