§ 40-5-204 — Cooperation By Obligee

40-5-204 . Cooperation by obligee. An obligee shall cooperate with the department in:
(1)identifying and locating the obligor;
(2)establishing the paternity of a child;
(3)obtaining support or any other payments due the obligee and child; and
(4)obtaining reimbursement for previously paid public assistance, if any.
