§ 33-5-103 — Name -- Suits
Montana·Title 33 INSURANCE AND INSURANCE COMPANIES·Ch. 5 RECIPROCAL INSURERS·Part 1 General Provisions
33-5-103 . Name -- suits. A reciprocal insurer shall:
(1)have and use a business name. The name shall include the word "reciprocal", "interinsurer", "interinsurance", "exchange", "underwriters", or "underwriting".
(2)sue and be sued in its own name.
