50-48-107 . County attorney to prosecute violations. When a regulatory authority furnishes evidence to the county attorney of a county in this state where the violating establishment operates, the county attorney shall prosecute any person violating this chapter or any rule adopted under 50-48-103 or 50-48-203 .
