37-46-101 . (Effective January 1, 2026) Purpose. It is a matter of public interest and concern that the health professions regulated by the board warrant and receive the confidence of the public and that only qualified persons be permitted to practice in each respective field from within or outside of Montana and engage with clients located within the state.
