53-4-611 . Child-care assistance. Within available funding, the department may provide child-care assistance to:
(1)all families receiving cash assistance if child care is necessary to allow the parent to engage in paid employment; and
(2)families receiving cash assistance if child care is necessary to allow either or both parents to engage in the activities required by an individual responsibility plan.
