53-4-1011 . (Temporary) Tobacco settlement funds to general fund. Unless deposited into the trust fund, provided for in 17-6-603 , or a state special revenue account, provided for in 17-6-606 , funds received from the tobacco settlement must be deposited in the general fund. Any funds appropriated from the general fund for the children's health insurance program that remain unexpended at the end of the biennium must be transferred to the general fund. (Terminates on occurrence of contingency--sec. 15, Ch. 571, L. 1999.)
