§ 50-4-1006 — Prohibited Insurance Coverage
50-4-1006 . Prohibited insurance coverage. A professional liability insurance policy issued to a health care professional or physician may not include coverage for damages assessed against the health care professional or physician who provides any medical treatment prohibited in 50-4-1004 (1)(a) or (1)(b).
